Customers are extremely demanding and they tell you to fix the problems when staying the phones for hours. If not, sales team will join the customers together to push support team. This is unbelievable and ridiculous as sales usually don't handle customers' dissatisfaction. You will then question if sales are working with you the same company but not get any pay from customers. Most of them are not handling customers' complain but just giving more pressure to support team. Work is challenging and you will find hard to balance. Support department is running 10 hours a day and everyone must stick on the phone and cases only with some short breaks. When you think everyone in each department is working hard like you, guys from Labs will tell you they are going to gym or bicycle everyday at least 1 hour during business hours. There is no work/life balance in support department.
