It's a great benefit to receive reviews from previous and current employees, because it encourages positive growth and to become a better company overall! We're very sorry that your time working with us at the Front Desk was not the best experience. Our quick growth plan has led to some exciting promotions for our young leaders. Subsequently, it is top of mind for us to continue to develop our newer (and veteran!) leaders with training and development programs; we even have some amazing initiatives in the works! We hope this will effect positive leadership evolution for the betterment of the SOUL community. Again, we do appreciate hearing your thoughts on this matter.
