Awful management. Awful bosses. They don't care about you and you are / will be easily replaced. People come and go. HR person goes from 0 to 100% rage mode when you ask simple questions. Unprofessional. Not for the faint of heart. They will eat you alive. Just go elsewhere.

Employees and colleagues are ready to help and give advice. You can propose changes, create guidelines, and share best practices and everyone is willing to try to improve processes. Management tries to create an inclusive and fun environment.

No proper onboarding training. No KPIs. No mentorship and guidance for growth. Major decisions and new projects are not backed by data and research, but merely whims and what competitors are doing. Mistakes are addressed with band-aid solutions.
