With any evolving healthcare industry company and team, processes need to be improved and updated to stay in line with best practices. Spakinect values compliance and safety, so as a result, the team needs to learn about new technologies and policies on a routine basis.

Spakinect stands out among other employers I've worked for when it comes to employee engagement. The culture is warm, welcoming, and genuine. There are pros and cons to a fully remote environment. In my phase of life, remote works for me, but there are moments when I wish we could just get in a room to white board out some ideas.
