Very talented group of engineers and staff. Great culture in the trenches that was simultaneously fun but got stuff done. I actually enjoyed going to work on most days. The technical accomplishments they achieved were legitimately impressive given their resources. I would work with any of them again in a heartbeat!

Amateurish and unprofessional upper management. They were ill-suited for running an organization larger than 10 people. Screaming at employees, indecisiveness, and bizarre levels of micromanagement. Many people were frustrated and on the verge of quitting when the bankruptcy happened. The concept was pretty out there and it probably would've eventually required a pivot, but it never had a chance with how mismanaged this company was. Salary was very mediocre, but to be fair the equity grants were pretty generous (not that it matters now).

Interesting subject matter. Excellent lunch time conversations.

Disorganized management. Fundamentally flawed launch system design.
