Management targets workers and plays favorites. Open mocking of other employees based on knowledge they shouldnt have. Very clicky, kinda like high-school. Located and in the absolute middle of no-where Florida. Those that have been there a long time only stay there because they live near by. Under market value for salary. Care more about optics than productivity. Set unrealistic timelines, workers are penalized for not making them but management is never held to the same standard. Everyone plays the blame game instead of owning up to their actions.
