As the company grows they are catching up on clarity around various policies. They are 'policy light' but this is gradually changing and where policy is needed it's being clarified. I would say mindset is diverse but this is not always represented in the range of people working for the company, largely due to location in the south west. I am sure that the inclusive nature of the company and the people would welcome any backgrounds.
