Very toxic environment. Upper management only looks out for themselves. You’ll notice most positive reviews on here are from directors and managers because they get to do as the please while all below are treated like crap. It’s equivalent to politicians making military calls from an office building while the soldiers are dying on the battle field. They will drown you in work and once you burn out they’ll kick you to the curb. Most of the management consists of people that started there shortly after the company began. They don’t have any real world experience. They also don’t have any knowledge of how things are now, because for them, it was nice and small when they started so the workload was lower and the business was more personal. They also moved up quickly and then created barriers to prevent others from moving up quickly, protecting their space and shares in the company. They are also hilariously condescending in all company calls. They are just a joke. Compensation is also far lower than competitors. You can leave and get a 50+% increase. If you want to work here, do it for a year just you can leave for the big pay increase elsewhere. Use them like they’ll use you.
