I've been working in Spectory for less than a year. I must say you will find this place very friendly and warm! This place has a supportive and talented team! You will always get help if you ask for it. People will sit, debug and will help to resolve your issue. Even the CTO will always find time to listen to you and if not help you with the issue he will direct you where to look for an answer. Spectory will always find new ways to gather people together where each of us can have an opportunity to share his personal stories or his knowledge about some new feature he learned. Furthermore, Spectory uses many new technologies which is vital for young developers, client side and server side. Most important for me, is that the managment will always keep you updated what happens with the firm, what projects are about to come in, what the clients say and where each of the project stands. Which makes you feel that you are truly part of something big.
