Spectra understand and will try to work around your schedule. The owners are very generous. Ever since the COVID-19 started, the owners have been buying lunch for the employees that have been working in the office. What kind of boss would do that? They care about their employees. Working at spectra, I have learned a lot from different departments and even from the managers. You have opportunity to grow.

If you don't want to put in the work, Then don't look for a job that requires work. A lot of people complain about doing too much work but its a job, just like every other job. If you want to make it then do what it takes. If you don't like working then don't get a JOB!
