1. Nothing new to learn, Very old spring mvc tech stack, modular monolithic architecture. 2. Micromanagement done by few managers. 3. Can FIRE anytime. NO JOB SECURITY. 4. Only join if you dont have any other option. 5. All 5 star given rating on glassdoor is by juniors, management asked them to do so.
