Production and Manufacturing managers are very nice ,friendly and helpful ,any problems or issues they're always there for you. Very helpful shopfloor and office staff, nice new canteen. There is no any kind of discrimination or racism , they treat everyone equal. IT'S AMAZING COMPANY TO WORK.

Minpunten

Need new lockers, don't want those stinky old style lockers.

A 4-day work week is super nice, but I would rather work at a company with a 5-day work week that pays much better and values its employees.

Minpunten

No growth opportunities, and the pay is terrible. The workload is too much for the lack of people on the team, and you don't get a bonus, no matter how hard you work. The company preaches growth opportunities and brags about how they are growing and always exceeding profit goals, but if you aren't high enough in the company, you won't be rewarded for it. I would say 80% of the employees are underpaid, and it's only a 2%-3% raise each year.
