      For now, I am still employed. Local management seems to respect my abilities.

      Spectrum Control's owners, AEA investments are investing nothing in the site I work at. They are making fairly big investments in a site in Juarez, Mexico. I expect they will send most of our jobs there soon.

      A 4-day work week is super nice, but I would rather work at a company with a 5-day work week that pays much better and values its employees.

      Minpunten

      No growth opportunities, and the pay is terrible. The workload is too much for the lack of people on the team, and you don't get a bonus, no matter how hard you work. The company preaches growth opportunities and brags about how they are growing and always exceeding profit goals, but if you aren't high enough in the company, you won't be rewarded for it. I would say 80% of the employees are underpaid, and it's only a 2%-3% raise each year.
