Time off, Sick time, lunch, and breaks. You might meet some people from the other companies that are normal and pleasant. This is because the rule in the office while I was there was you could not talk to your coworkers. However, There were 2 sides of the one side seems to get trained better and they can talk to each other.

I have never been as physically ill as I was when I worked in this office. Flu, Pneumonia and other conditions that have no logical description. The most fraud I detected was by the the company and the company employees. Purposely hiding training. Manipulating stats. Withholding raises and bonuses for being on time and doing good things for the office. I discovered 4 purposely fraudulent activities going on in the first 7 months. The place was run like centers from 20 years ago. Management could get away with anything and did. Untruth after untruth was distributed to my location in the call center. I was there for 4 years and racked up a list of about 25 things that they were careless with. It is the most un-secure office that I have ever worked in. Someone on staff was stealing ss#'s from fellow employees. One of the most comical things I saw was a keycard reader was put in to access our floor but you could bypass it by taking the elevator. Then the door was left open after someone pointed it out. No guidance for the 1st 3 years and then I was told I was doing things wrong. I swear on my mothers life they had there own people calling me to test how I was doing, but never went over any of the calls with me.. Any fraud found was covered up. Don't be fooled, play dumb act like you want to give everything away and you should be promoted with there special super secret training. Another thing the webx program they use to answer questions was filled with misdirection. If you get an email check it a couple of days later. I caught them going back in and changing procedures they had trained me on. Now on to some very strange behavior people would move and change their names, they would come up with some weird excuse. There was a category in the metrics that determined if you were a decision maker. Again people were told in secret not to mark red orders red so the number would be higher. Production was a very elusive topic to nail down. It took me 6 tries with executive members of leadership to get a explanation. Ultimately they said it was broken. This leads back to the manipulation of the numbers. 90% when I asked for was basic information. I was told they would get back to me and never did or I dont know. Edit: The computer system seems to be manipulated by some part management. Parts of programs you need go down as you need to use them. Programs refused to function. I thought it was just poor software at first. I caught multiple people with instant excuses for screen evidence before I told them about it. After catching internal fraud at a store I was told that it was the store playing a joke on this department. I guess the FPT is a joke. Finally, I was handed directions on how to do something. My scores were at the mid level. I asked my neighbor if they had good scores. They said "yes". I asked to borrow their sheet and after 2 weeks my score jumped 30%. I brought this up with a manager. He told another manager and they collected all the sheets. I kept one and gave it to my supervisor who lost it and said she did not recall what happened. Even though we discussed it many time. Par for the course. Smoke and mirrors. Flim-flam speech just like carnival barkers that pull the old switcheroo after you win a prize. The Fraud team provides no protection for employees or customers. As I said earlier sickness is rampant and the bosses seem to know when you are sick before you do. One final note. Double check everything related to pay, raises and and spark points you are supposed to get. They suspiciously seem to make errors on paycheck hours and annual raises. Get everything in writing and get a copy for yourself any way you can. Anyway, if you made it to the end and want to work here I have some advice. Do not question anything no matter how ridiculous you think it is. If your told your not up to speed. Look for another job. Because no matter how much you improve the numbers will change for a week or 2 and then fall right back in line with how they feel about you. Don't get discouraged if your not chosen. Just keep on the right path after you leave and you should have a great life. Now one of the main tricks they pull on employees is the call review. They tell you that you failed to do a job procedure. However, using slight of hand and a pre-review of the call, the skip over your work. Sometimes, to make the customer sound less angry, they lower the volume and claim you said they were shouting. This leads into the Metrics manipulation. Adding and subtracting calls to adjust your numbers to prove their point (completely fabricated with no basis in reality). Charter would be wise to do a surprise audit. Unless, they know what's going on. If you are given special or training materials or papers take them home with you. Mine were pilfered from my desk multiple times. I will conclude that I am not a whistle blower. I am someone that worked as hard as I could everyday. I gave them ideas from other companies that I worked for, that they put into place in their department. Our personalities did not mesh. The company can only get better. Because it cannot get any worse. Some people take calls and do non call work but the production is based on the work not the call. So if you get stuck doing calls you are sunk. They tell you how non-productive you are while showering praise on people that do not have to do the extra work. There is also off the phone work broken into different types of tickets and if your in the dog house or make to much money they will make your computer run slower and hide important info and give tickets that require a lot more work. Be careful. You will know when its being done if you heed my warnings. This is all hastily written at different times as things come back to me. I was there a long time and do not want the bad taste in my mouth much longer. If you are given special or training materials or papers take them home with you.
