The company does not care about frontline employees. Their reaction to Covid in the retail locations is a joke. It’s only a matter of time until it sweeps locations. The 3 weeks of Covid time off is only for employees who are either caring for a family member who has the virus, if you yourself have the virus, or if you do not have childcare due to school closures as a result of the virus. The reduced hours (closing at 6pm vs 8pm) is laughable. Our competitors have taken much stronger action to ensure employees and customers alike are protected.
