There is little to no actual "selling" yet you're expected to stick to a script if you arent hitting your numbers. *Advice- get through the spiel quickly so that you can have a conversation with the customer. If you actually try to sell the way they want you to, then you will fail. Just take orders as quick as you can to get on to the next customer. The top sellers on the floor do this and you should too. Make as much money as possible before they micromanage you back into unemployment.
