Minpunten
Four layoffs and in a year time span definitely raises some eyebrows, especially at the expense of client relationships as internal teams are constantly changing. There have even been cases of those who have been laid off returning as leadership realized they “made a mistake” or rehiring individuals who were laid off months prior due to sheer desperation. Promotions for those in leadership’s pockets come at a faster rate, often with higher salaries. These are apparent and questionable as a few select team leads take vacations with their junior staff, though HR says nothing. Team leads also encourage friendships so aggressively that the line of professionalism is blurred, especially for junior staff. Leadership also made their poor planning our issue. Time and time again they were told organic growth numbers were too high but their own arrogance got in the way. Guess who was right? The people who actually engage with client on a daily basis and have their trust. Odd those whistleblowers were also some of the first to be laid off… Unless you are prepared to brown nose until the day you leave, you won’t get far.
