      Fun work environment. Everyone in the office is very easy to get along with and no drama that I have found. We all understand the company's goals due to a large amount of transparency from the CEO. I genuinely like coming into work and seeing my work have a real difference in our customer's lives. The freedom that a small company like this allots can't be understated. Work Hard Play Hard philosophy

      The work can require long hours but the office is pretty flexible about letting us work from home or take care of personal matters. This goes back into the work hard play hard philosophy.

      If you require a lot of structure, you might want to look elsewhere, very flexible and reactive skills are required.

      Pay your employees better and learn how to use a real design process. Websites are all similar looking because not much time is really invested in researching to create a truly personal website for the customer. New office is currently small and cramped and facing construction on the highway. Real office location isn't even accurate on the website.

      This is a fake review written by a candidate that performed poorly during the interview process and subsequently was not hired. Based on this review, the interview review and the fake salary posting I'd say we dodged the bullet with this guy!
