Pluspunten

Utilizes a full spectrum of eCommerce related software. Casual atmosphere where jeans are the norm. Exposure to terrestrial Window's based PC's and the hotter Mac hardware.

Minpunten

Projects are undersold and over promised. As a result, the worker bees are expected to make up the difference. Weekends, Holidays, Grave Yard Shift....they are all expected.

If you live close and have to work to pay off some bills it would be pocket change no career unless you have a relative that works in the exutive office they hire forigeners to do all the hard work on the production floor. Awlful place to work even their customers are leaving.

Minpunten

HR in Texsas have no idea whats goin on in the Pataskala Ohio location. IT team get treated better than the ohio team and make more money. The HR staff in ohio Hire on their relatives and friends that no nothing then hire skill IT folks in at a lower rate to train their friends and relatives too much nepotism. No communications, and lots of favortism. I would never recommend anyone their unless you are really desperate.
