Good company - werkgeversreview ASM (Area Sales Manager) bij Speedx InfoTech

I am working as Email Marketing Manager in Speedx Infotech since 1st November 2017. Company working culture is very professional and positive for employees and clients. Our human resources policies is good for employees. I am glad to work with this orgnization. Company management and seniors attitude is good. Here is more solution for software development. The best thing is they allow employees to work independently and discover their specialty and employ it in the growth. So that's why i like Speedx infotech (Spd) environment. I am aways preferred Spd and i feel proud to work with Orgnization. Atlast grow Spd grow...........

There is no reason of downside in Speedx Infotech.

==> Poor Management ==> Politics environment ==> They use employee for their benefits ==>No technical Skills so no one is their to understand about project , clients requirement, timeframe to get completed projects and possible options for development ==> They didn't pay salary and fire to the resources of highest salary ==> They hire people and don't provide salary and then fire them at the name of "COST CUTTING" ==>they take Upfront from client and close the PayPal account, opens a new one for next payment and never deliver the project or return the payment
