Minpunten
Lack of opportunity for career advancement, unless you're part of the management team. Weekly KPIs keep increasing until failure is inevitable - with termination used as a threat. On top of that, they have really high and unrealistic expectations for the candidates. All the CVs submitted for the management for approval must have bachelor's degree (minimum requirement), must graduate from top 10 universities, good CGPA (candidates with 1st class honours only then they will be interested to learn more about that particular candidate), proven track record written in CV, etc. I would not recommend anyone to work here unless you don't mind working overtime (with no OT payments) and with a strong mental health to deal with the stress. There were no annual leave, medical leave, etc. Only unpaid leave.
