Pluspunten
A good start for a career as a junior. You might get lucky and land on some good projects. You might get lucky with career advancement and salary. You might also be fortunate enough to avoid the toxicity of managers or leads.
Minpunten
If you don't fit the manager's preferences in terms of appearance, gender, or whatever, you won't see any promotions or AAA projects. They'll use every possible excuse and manipulation. You'll never be good enough, no matter how skilled you are, and they'll always find something for you to 'improve.' You have excellent English, you create personal works, you receive good feedback on your current project, you take additional courses, you've mentored juniors, and you've even been promised a promotion after a certain period? Forget it just as they forget their promises. Either bring offers and use them as leverage, or leave as soon as possible because if you've been put on the 'undesirable' list, you won't get off it—or it'll take an eternity. Is it worth it? Low salary Toxic management Extremely low or even impossible career growth No team-building activity
