There's a major lack of direction and a small clique of staff who call the shots to the complete detriment of the company as a whole . To the contrary of their favorite cultural tagline - they are a "people last " organization . Run ... and don't look back . I wish them all the best, but I don't see any self awareness from the powers that be any time soon.
