Sponge is very prompt to reimburse -- looking at you, big slow agencies.

Look, if you're the type who likes to contribute to and shape projects vs being dictated to, you'll enjoy working here. If you prefer to just show up and get your marching orders in the traditional agency sense, then a start-up 'go-get-it' atmosphere is not for you.
