Fantastic people, great work culture and the opportunity to make a genuine difference for clients. The job is challenging, and requires the need to be able to work in a constantly changing environment, with self and group training being a huge part of staying on top of the job. In the three years I have been here, I have made friends for life (both with clients and coworkers) seen my technical skill-set expand dramatically, and hugely improved on my b2b communications. It doesn't hurt that the pays great, in on the dot every week, and there is a fantastic KPI commission structure in play for when you have passed probation. This is a company that's gone from strength to strength in the years I have been with it, and takes its staff seriously.
Minpunten
This job can be challenging (very) and there is a need to work autonomously and re-actively to tight deadlines. It's not a job suited for those who cant be proactive or handle the occasional stressful day- however if you are sincere in getting results for clients and can handle the fact that there's only so many hours in a day, then this isn't really a con!
