      Interesting product in sports data. Good exposure to international markets and industry events. Autonomy at the senior level and smart colleagues across the business.

      A visible inner circle dynamic where certain long-tenured individuals operate without meaningful accountability. Decision-making can lack transparency, and cross-functional collaboration is inconsistent. When leadership decisions negatively impact team performance, accountability flows downward rather than being shared. Redundancies handled in a way that felt reactive rather than considered.

      Pluspunten

      Very flexible with scheduling. Nice bonus job that you can do after work. Not too difficult and if you’re already watching the game you might as well be getting paid for it. Supervisors and management are great and schedule very well.

      Minpunten

      Hard to get a lot of hours after the month of November. Guaranteed to work at least part of a Saturday almost every week.

      Awesome job for sports fanatics to make good money on the side scoring games, they cover so many sports you will have plenty of opportunities

      Minpunten

      very poor communication, international payments take a fee, poor software compared to other sports data companies, long training process with a lot of technical difficulties incurred
