      Senior management don't care for you as an individual, no investment in you or your development. Seriously lacking in basic HR principles.

      Having established the HR Department in mid-2014, we appreciate that it will take some time for employees to understand the benefits of introducing basic HR processes. An annual performance and development review process was implemented and rolled-out in December 2014 and we hope that you have gained an insight into how this process will assist both employees and managers to better understand your development needs as well as to establish more open lines of communication and engagement.       Pluspunten

      Very flexible with scheduling. Nice bonus job that you can do after work. Not too difficult and if you’re already watching the game you might as well be getting paid for it. Supervisors and management are great and schedule very well.

      Minpunten

      Hard to get a lot of hours after the month of November. Guaranteed to work at least part of a Saturday almost every week.

      Awesome job for sports fanatics to make good money on the side scoring games, they cover so many sports you will have plenty of opportunities

      Minpunten

      very poor communication, international payments take a fee, poor software compared to other sports data companies, long training process with a lot of technical difficulties incurred
