At first, SpotMe and its benefits are attractive. Employees have great working conditions, starting with compensations which usually are above the market. Besides, Lausanne office offers fruit baskets, 5 clothing items for the laundry per week, and excellent coffee. However, this doesn't balance the frustration, stress, and toxicity generated by the management, more precisely the CEO.

Indeed, be careful. You will be affected by disappointment and frustration in the long run. Our specifications were changed within a month, to our disadvantage. Either we could resign or we had to accept this new offer. The interest of the employees was not taken into account in this change of strategy. Following this, I was intimidated by the CEO a number of times. I decided to quit as my values weren’t aligned with the spirit of the company, not to say the CEO. I know it’s difficult to refuse a job opportunity at SpotMe, as benefits are very attractive. But ask yourself, why most of the talented and ambitious co-workers are taking the decision to resign this dying company?
