Pluspunten

Hours aren't bad. Most customer experience leads are awesome. Great benefits. A lot of employee events and perks.

Minpunten

Recently had a pay adjustment but they called it a raise. Same pay just one hour less of work a day. Not enough clear communication between upper management and the employees on the ground floor. We are expected to hit a capacity goal every day but never sure what percentage of that is supposed to go towards the main job functions and the side jobs. Never staffed properly.

Fun atmosphere, good benefits, flexible schedule with full time remote option.

Minpunten

Not a lot of options for cross training in other areas.

Same thing you've read before. Cult-like culture. Weaponized, encoded feedback. Gendered expectations—I was given "feedback" to shrink myself to fit in; would they have said the same thing to a guy? Best was when my lead encouraged me to submit an anonymous survey for "feedback" on my character and performance to my entire team. :/
