A company that was sincere about its mission, and being mission-based, would understand the importance of mental health for those who work to make the mission a reality - the employees. If you are sincere in your passion for mental health, and value maintaining your own, do not be surprised if the culture spits you back out.

Good pay. If you play by the rules and build your connections there, you get promoted quickly (by merit or not).

The senior technical leadership is like a revolving door there, and the eng culture is competitive and quite toxic.
