Pluspunten
I used to work there for a bit, however, for personal reasons I had to leave. The place was warm, and many of my coworkers were fantastic and tried their best to care for the residents. We used to work together whenever possible. Management did whatever they could to make any necessary arrangements.
Minpunten
Management and disorganization: Like many other jobs, sometimes management takes on a lot of work over their shoulders only to later realize it was not the best idea and end up passing it on to others. I wouldn't say it's their fault, but since the Company made all the changes, this cost everyone a bit of workload. Many had to take on two to three different positions to stay in the job or to help, but this also led to fewer workers. My pay rate was inconsistent with others doing similar positions and times. I did not address it because I was moving further away and was going to leave, so I did not think it necessary to address it. Many other things but it would be a much longer paragraph, and I do not wish to do that.
