Awesome professional development opportunity - werkgeversreview Account Manager bij Spring Strategies

I have been working with the company for about 9 months and the amount of growth I have been able to achieve is amazing. Prior to working here I had no sales or marketing experience and was not quite sure what I wanted to do. I figured it would be a good chance to improve communication skills and build my resume which is why I started. I have been able to develop my communication skills to a point I never would have imagined. I have been able to see a constant change in tasks and responsibilities handed to me. I have also had the opportunity to take part in the hiring process and training process. Overall I feel like I am constantly learning new things and constantly being challenged. I'm so grateful I was able to find a place where I could build some real life skills that will help me in the future.
