Middle Managers required to do e v e r y t h i n g while Upper Management work short days, 4-day work weeks, dump all their work on you as opposed to delegating fairly, all while making 2-3 times more money than you.

1$ raise every year. funny guests. Free stays at hotels sometimes.

Favoritism. My hours were cut to bits for no reason. I had to work every holiday because i didnt have kids lol
