Minpunten
Supply chain management is severely lacking. Leadership team fails to acknowledge and compensate for turning things around for the better. There is a complete lack of accountability from management and they foster a double standard environment. Management holds their team to a higher standard/managerial standard but gives a lot of grace for themselves. They will not set you up for success here on the west coast. If you are successful, you really have to speak up and work for it on your own which is understandable to a point but they will continue to invalidate your success. They say like they love getting feedback but they don't follow through and/or they will take your ideas and present them as their own. They promote work life balance but management will continue to make you feel bad for getting sick or having family emergencies. I have learned everything on my own and/or through my colleagues; not from management. There had been personnel issues before here on the west coast and supposedly that's why they weren't doing so well at the time but with this new successful team, somehow it is still personnel issues. There is a lot blame shifting and lack of accountability with management. Micromanaging while the team is over exceeding metrics. You can complete big projects w/ 100% accuracy while helping/communicating other departments weeks before deadline and still not get a bonus. I genuinely feel that management does not want you to surpass them because of their incompetencies.
