This is a company where people pull together to help each other, and any time I’ve needed assistance, I know that all I need to do is ask and colleagues will step in. There are definitely ‘Springbok people’ and they’re people that care about their colleagues and customers. I’m proud to be a Springbok person and I’m proud to call them my colleagues. This helpful attitude comes right from the top and when the CEO and founder of the company takes time out of their day to ask you how you’re doing, you know that you’re not just a number, you’re not just an employee. You’re part of something special. You’re part of Springbok Properties. I’ve been an employee at numerous companies but nowhere has made me feel the way I do here. I feel trusted to get on and do what I need to do, and I feel respected. I don’t have dread for Monday mornings; I embrace the new week. This is a company that rewards you and you get out what you put in.
