Terrific Company - werkgeversreview Receptionist/Administrative Assistant bij Springborn Staffing

My experience with Springborn has been a positive one. I worked with Deb Jabine who found me temporary and now a permanent position. Deb made sure the assignments I got were with solid and well respected companies. My rate of pay was fair and health insurance was offered which I declined because I’m covered on my husband’s policy. They treated me very well and I would recommend them to anyone looking for employment.

I did not experience any downsides.

Absolutely no pros to working for Springborn Staffing. Owner does a great job selling a great company to work for so beware.

Owner asked to see Pay stubs before extending offer. First red flag. Indicated salary and paid you less during 90 day probation period without informing you. Second red flag. When you started earning potential bonus she would give a random reason as to why you didn’t earn it, and never pay you out. Third red flag. Would listen in on your calls when there which would be fine if she was doing it for a quality assurance purpose...she wasn’t. By the time you realized your mistake joining this company she would threaten you with legal action if you try to leave. Horrible person. RUN.
