Springfield Hospital, as a company, does not take good care of its employees. They will employ you for 30+ years and think nothing of firing you for very little. There is a lot of gossip, drama and back stabbing between employees. Loyalty to the company will get you nowhere, and nothing in return. LNAs are used and treated poorly, subject to verbal abuse at times. You will have to look very hard to find a satisfied employee here who does face to face patient care. Also the benefits are sub optimal.
