- No 401k match
- No real strategic leadership or direction. Senior executives are too preoccupied involving themselves in every single decision at the lowest level. We sprint, but in a zig zag pattern that goes in a circle.
- The culture is toxic and focused on compliance.
- Executive management, particularly the C suite, is arrogant and dismissive. They do not like to be challenged and will never admit they were wrong--even though data and time often prove they were.
- Decisions are made unilaterally in spite of available data, but when it doesn't work out executive management finds someone else to blame all while claiming to be "solution oriented."
- Executives parrot what you'd find in a management textbook (take a look at the responses to reviews on here) but don't practice what they preach.
- If you are interested in autonomy and the ability to have impact and influence, it may be tough to find it here.
