It's a good place if you don't really care for people and want to climb the ladder. Then you will fit right into the "new" culture. For a corporate ruthless mindset it is the perfect place.
Minpunten
The staff are constantly manipulated and being lied to, to get the most out of them without paying them their worth. It has become a well known fact within the company that they don't pay the staff their worth. Things are done like changing / down grading job titles so they can pay less but the senior position jobs are being done. Constant manipulation and gaslighting. Staff can't trust anything management have to say and this is commonly known internally.
