Open, transparant, gaat flexibel om met de medewerkers, ruimte voor eigen initiatief en ideeën, interessante projecten, ambitieuze ideeën voor de toekomst van het bedrijf.

Minpunten

Bedrijf heeft wortels in Enschede, daardoor salariëring ietswat 'oosters' (wat lager dan randstad). Diversiteit in projecten niet voor iedereen van toepassing.

There are mixed cultured teams from different countries. Work and life balance is very good in the company. New technologies are common to apply in teams.

Minpunten

Only the salaries may an issue for Turkish office employees since the taxes are high at this country.

The company value people and take care of them. - Modern : Sqills works with the last tools, does reseach and innovation, always benmarch for the best solution and try to improve in all domains. Sqills focus first on efficiency and competivity than cost optimization. - Leader : Sqills, with S3 Passenger is already the worldwild leader of SaaS solutions that provide a reservation system for Train & Bus. - Limitless access of knowledge : S3 Passenger is a very rich tool were you never ends to learn new features. Also, personal improvement through addition of new roles within Sqills is allowed and even facilitated to match personal motivation and company needs.

Minpunten

- Sqills earns a lot of new contracts and so multiple implementations have to be done in parallel. As of today, all projects were a success but addressing those and restructure the teams to be more scalable require more time and energy. It requires strong motivation.
