All the reviews who wrote very good work life balance were forced to write to make image of the company good, there is no such thing as work life balance in the company and the CEO proudly says that you have to work no matter what the office timings are. 1. Frequent Layoffs. 2. No clear vision. 3. Loss making for last 2 years. 4. Hardly any money left to pay to employees. 5. Very worst cultures. 6. Even if you are performing good you can be asked to leave over night. 7. They do not even provide proper compensation in case of layoffs. 8. They are not able to sell their product to users. 9. They have fired leadership as well when they were not aligning with the ideas. 10. If you want to destroy your career please join Squadstack.
