If you watch the initial SquadStack pitch video by the founder, you’ll quickly realize that the company today does the exact opposite of what was promised. The management lacks a clear direction, and employees face instability, broken commitments, and a lack of growth opportunities. Even if you get something in writing or an official email, don’t count on it – they can change their stance overnight.
