Worst work culture. Too much work politics and ill treating employees within. People are not recruited for specific skill set. Rather taken and put into a different role all together and later said your performance is bad and asked to leave in short notice. Not sure why people are picked for specific requirements. No trained HR team to handle employee requests as well.

I worked for close to 4 years and found the leadership to be very approachable and considerate . Ample opportunities if some one is having growth mindset and good part is you can switch to roles you like and any tech you are interested , They have good projects with some Product companies which is explify your learning since you will work with some great minds. Compenstation is good as per the market , Also In this tough market one thing is your job is secured. You are also encouraged to do certifications on latest tech stack like Google cloud and elastic
