Thank you for the feedback. We have recently implemented a professional development program for staff at the college to increase an employee's ability to grow and develop in their current role or be prepared to advance to the next one. In terms of the cost of benefits increasing, it is something we struggle with as well every year. We try to keep the cost of benefits to the employee low while also balancing the increasing cost of health care. We do review our benefits committee members on a regular basis to be sure we are being as representative of our college community as we can be. We do currently have a one income individual on the committee but recognize that it may be beneficial to add an additional member with that background in the future.
