Nice friendly working environment. You're working for a charity and a good cause.

Truly awful salary for some of the more recent job appointments in the income generation department, not even the living wage rate for some working there. How can they justify paying experienced professionals with degrees and experience the bare legal minimum they can get away with. Unless you have a good reason for joining their non clinical team i.e. to gain experience, it's on your doorstep etc, it really doesn't make financial sense. Look elsewhere.
