      Pluspunten

      Evening snack like samosa,cake etc. Tea/Coffee only from 9 am to 5 pm. Chill environment if your manager is good. Good work life balance(if manager is good) otherwise they will make your life hell. Lots of learning.

      Minpunten

      Company only gives you 20 days paid leaves. Sometimes loads of work pressure. Have to do mentorship and teach those languages to immersive wave that you also dont know. Cost cutting in every field. Have to spend whole Forces you to work 32 hours continuously once in a while example in some hackathon. Low grade system to work. No proper vision Promises a lot but do not full fill.

      This was a strange experience. Nothing seemed to work well, and no-one seemed interested in trying to fix things and make them any better. Ineffective marketing that made the school look like a bargain basement scam? Shrug. Phone systems that would malfunction for weeks at a time? Just power through and deal with it. Financing that was unmanageable for the majority of students? It is what it is. This general apathy and indifference was embedded in the culture, and led to the company's eventual failure.
