Good opportunity to learn basic tasks initially, supportive colleagues in some teams, exposure to real work environment.

I joined as an intern with a promised duration of 4 months, but my internship was ended after just one month without prior notice. I was informed only on the last day. There was also no proper feedback given during my time, so it was difficult to understand expectations or improve. For anyone planning to join, I would suggest clarifying terms, feedback process, and job security in advance. My experience lacked transparency and clear communication.

Decent overall team, mainly driven by technology. Poor business team.

No work life balance and no direct view to the top management about the performance of employees. Micromanagement. No processes in place for any team. HR department is a sham.
