There are no pros to working here. Everyone hates there job but too afraid to say anything. They have good technology but the worst working environment like a factory

Minpunten

There are no benefits even the job description doesn’t have that section. No neutral HR but biased family HR, they only talk about making money but not about the treatment to their employees

We’re confused by how you mention there are no benefits; we provide extended health, dental, vision along with many other benefits to all employees. We value the feedback of our employees, which is why we offer regular scheduled opportunities to connect with our Management and Founder. We appreciate that you seemed to have left angry, but we do feel that we have a collaborative team who enjoys each other's company and works hard together for common goals. Supportive work culture, excellent learning opportunities, approachable leadership, flexible work environment, and exposure to diverse projects.

Minpunten

Workload can be intense at times, project deadlines may be tight, learning curve is steep initially, limited on-site opportunities, and occasional cross-team communication gaps.

- The people are great, super nice and honest - Work is always exciting as there is a good variety of projects - Lots of opportunities to grow your career - Covid made it difficult to create bonds, but there was still a good amount of online gatherings - No office politics - Management works closely with the team - You will always be busy (if you are a workaholic you will love it here)

Minpunten

- Things can get chaotic fast - There is a lack of vision across functions in the organization - You will always be busy (If you are lazy and looking for an easy ride look elsewhere)
