Upper management is very poor and unprofessional. A lot of drinking on the job and calling it "closing a sale", and if you don't align with that expect to be pushed out. They will literally hire your replacement, train them, and then bring them in and try to fire you at the same time. I have never seen a company more unprofessional. They do this to everyone if you don't fall in line with them. Expect you to work exceptionally long hours (4 AM to 6 PM) and the work-life balance is non-existent.
