We recognise the concerns you’ve raised around inclusion, leadership behaviour, and team culture. Creating a workplace where everyone feels respected and supported, regardless of gender or background, is a priority for us, and it’s clear from your feedback that we have more work to do in this area.
We also acknowledge that the experience people have with their managers can significantly shape their time at Stake. As we’ve grown, we’ve introduced more first time managers, and we are continuing to invest in training, feedback, and accountability to ensure they are setting the right standards and supporting their teams effectively.
In terms of culture and social environment, we want our workplace to feel inclusive to everyone. While experiences can vary across teams and individuals, we are continuing to evolve how we approach team events and day to day culture to ensure people feel comfortable and included.
